Soudabond Turbo
Soudabond Turbo is a ready-to-use, one-component polyurethane adhesive. It provides clean, efficient, economical and permanent bonding for insulation boards, buildings, construction works and plaster applications. It reduces working time by 30%.
- Provides major savings by reducing working time by more than 30%.
- Perfect for installing insulation boards such as rock wool, XPS and EPS, as well as aerated concrete and plasterboard boards.
- Maintains elasticity while filling gaps, does not crack or become brittle and is solvent-free.
- Has excellent initial adhesion even at low temperatures (-5°C).
- Prevents serious space clutter on the construction site compared to conventional adhesive mortars.
- Levels rough surfaces and works smoothly directly in vertical applications.

Key Advantages
Application Areas
Time and Cost Savings
Reduces working time by more than 30%. Its precise application improves usage cost. A single can of Soudabond Turbo replaces bags of heavy construction mortar and saves space on the construction site.
Insulation Boards (XPS, EPS, Rock Wool)
Focused on installing insulation boards in exterior facade and interior insulation applications. Easy to apply vertically and perfectly tolerates and levels rough surfaces.
Aerated Concrete and Plasterboard Installation
Creates a permanent and strong bond in the joints of lightweight aerated concrete blocks during wall construction and in bonding plasterboard wall panels.
Dimensional Stability
Has limited post-expansion after curing for fast and precise drying. It definitely does not lose its shape and adapts perfectly to the gap structure.
Elastic Structure and Shock Resistance
Maintains elasticity while filling gaps, does not become brittle like other adhesives during natural building movements and forms a long-lasting bond.
Chemical and Water Resistance
Although it does not have waterproofing properties, it is rain-insulating and water-resistant. Its durability against various solvents, chemicals and paints has been tested.

Application Tips
Goodbye to Conventional Mortar
1 can of Soudabond Turbo is equivalent to 25 kg traditional PU roof adhesives or mortar packages. This means eliminating crane or transport costs and allowing easy carrying on scaffolding.
Performance at Very Low Temperatures
It avoids the “freezing or non-bonding in winter months” problem experienced with other adhesives. Even when ambient temperature is very low (-5°C), it shows excellent initial adhesion speed.
Minimum Expansion (Low Expansion)
Designed to prevent excessive swelling after leaving the gun. This keeps panels aligned during pressing and always preserves the smooth appearance of the exterior facade.
Environmentally and User Friendly
Does not contain thinner or solvents (Solvent Free). Its emission rate is close to zero and it has “EC1 Plus” and “EPD” standard certifications. It can be used safely in both enclosed indoor areas and exterior facades.
